What is the 100-Day Returns Policy?

HOW DOES THE 100-DAY RETURN POLICY WORK?

We have designed our suitcases, bags, and accessories to be the perfect travel companions. However, if you decide that this is not the product for you, you may send it back to us within 100 days of placing your order and we’ll reimburse you to the original payment method, as long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out in this policy. The products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

If you’re in Hawaii or Alaska, and paid for shipping, you may also be charged an additional flat-rate return shipping fee.

The 100-day returns policy does not apply to the following:

Used items — products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Failure to meet these requirements may result in an additional deduction from your refund.

Personalized items — these are bespoke items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You have already returned the item once previously. An item can be returned once per order.

You have ordered 20 or more individual items, or you purchased more than 50 items within a 6-month period. This applies to both individual and corporate customers.

The order was purchased during a promotion where the terms and conditions specified that the item is excluded from the returns policy.

Items purchased during Warehouse Sale.

The 100-day returns policy does not impact your product’s warranty. All our products are made to last. We offer a complimentary limited Lifetime Warranty for luggage and a 5-year warranty for travel bags and accessories on manufacturing faults.

Please note: Refunds will incur a return fee of 10% of the item(s) cost. This will be deducted from the final refund. Please nest items where possible, for example, placing smaller bags inside larger luggage. Be sure to include dust bags for each item where applicable.

If your item has arrived damaged, please contact our team at luggage@riseloo.com. Please do not proceed through the returns process before contacting us.

IS PACKAGING REQUIRED?

Neri requires all returned or exchanged items to be re-packaged in either their original packaging or any form of packaging that will properly protect the item during shipping. If the returned item is not packaged accordingly, Neri reserves the right to withdraw the order from refund or exchange eligibility.

COMPLIMENTARY PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

If you decide to return your order, any complimentary items obtained via promotion, prizes, or giveaways must be returned with the entirety of your order. If these items are not returned, then the value of these items will be deducted from your total refund.
